Thirty dancers travelling from Vancouver to Orlando on January 3, 1998 did not get very much sleep. For ten days, these dancers, representing the University of British Columbia Dance Club, competed in over thirty different events and placed in the finals of each event. In addition, the UBC Dance Club Latin Formation Team performed wonderfully in the Formation Team competition and placed first! Team Florida would like to thank the club for its undying support and to thank Calvin Lee, coach and choreographer of the Formation Team. Congratulations to our representative dancers! They have done us proud!
